Beauty Pie is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive key product initiatives focused on customer engagement and retention. This role will be responsible for delivering impactful initiatives that improve customer retention, drive engagement, and spend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the wider Product, Data, and Engineering teams to execute initiatives, ensuring that customer needs and business goals are met.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Product Development: Own high-impact engagement and retention initiatives, shaping how members experience and stay connected to Beauty Pie. You’ll be responsible for delivering product features that drive loyalty, repeat shopping, and deeper product discovery.
  • Roadmap Execution: Support the creation and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and update stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Turn insights into bold, well-tested product decisions that keep members coming back. Use customer data, behavioural insights, and experimentation frameworks to identify opportunities and continuously optimise product performance.
  • Experimentation: Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve product performance, and de-risk decision-making. Define clear success metrics and use results to guide iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX Design, Engineering, CRM, and Data to develop seamless customer-focused journeys. Foster shared ownership of outcomes and drive alignment on strategy and delivery.
  • Product Discovery & Delivery: Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch and iteration, ensuring solutions are scalable, impactful, and customer-first.

We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude, and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing products or customer engagement roles within a consumer or e-commerce environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong experience with data analysis and A/B testing to drive product decisions.

Execution Focused: Proven track record of delivering high-impact products in an agile environment, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.

Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs with a focus on retention, engagement, and conversion.
