Your Role: As Seasonal Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our seasonal plant department. You will oversee everything from stock control and plant displays to team management, ensuring the highest standards of plant care are maintained. You will work closely with customers, offering expert advice on plant selection and care, all while ensuring the smooth running of the department.
What You Will Do:
