Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. You will be working as part of a small team on a spectrum of Civil Infrastructure projects of varying sizes. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for working with Seniors, Associates, and Graduates. You will be involved in projects in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. Our residential sites range from 10 – 1000 units, and you will work on earthworks, Cut and Fill analysis, Drainage Development design, site development, and road design. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer early in their career who is looking for a driven collaborative team that will provide exposure and experience across all civil disciplines. Candidate Profile Bachelor\’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master\’s degree preferred 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure design Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects within budget and timeline Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PDS, Microdrainage / Info Drainage Strong understanding and design capabilities for Section 278, S38, S104, S106 applications Strong understanding of regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines related to infrastructure design and construction Must have a go-get attitude and be willing to work collaboratively with the team to get the work done efficiently Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a 37.5-hour working week.
