Position: Clinical Lead – Nursing Home Location: Rochester, Kent Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent Are you an experienced and passionate nurse looking to take the next step in your career? My client is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their well-established and highly regarded nursing home located near Rochester, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to join a supportive team and help drive high standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment. About the Role: As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical management of the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and lead by example to inspire and support the nursing and care teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff Conduct clinical audits and risk assessments Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members Support and develop care plans in line with residents\’ needs Promote best practices in dementia care and general elderly nursing About You: NMC Registered Nurse (Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN) Proven experience working in a nursing home environment Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead Strong understanding and experience of dementia care Experience working in medium to large-sized homes is essential Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Benefits: Competitive salary up to £54,000 per annum Full-time, permanent role Supportive working environment with career development opportunities Well-established home with a strong local reputation for quality care If you are a committed nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding care and you\’re ready to take on a leadership role, I would love to hear from you.
