My client is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their well-established and highly regarded nursing home located near Rochester, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to join a supportive team and help drive high standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment.
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical management of the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and lead by example to inspire and support the nursing and care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Conduct clinical audits and risk assessments
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members
- Support and develop care plans in line with residents' needs
- Promote best practices in dementia care and general elderly nursing
About You:
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN)
- Proven experience working in a nursing home environment
- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead
- Strong understanding and experience of dementia care
- Experience working in medium to large-sized homes is essential
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
