The role: We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of two of This is Beyond’s high-profile events, LE Miami and SET. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations team, assisting with event logistics, vendor management, and on-site delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run seamlessly from start to finish—taking charge of the details, while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver a world-class experience. As the Senior Operations Executive, you will develop core event management skills and make a significant contribution to operational excellence. What you will do:
- Operational Event Execution: Assist in managing daily operational tasks for multiple formats/events including conferences, marketplaces, and parties that take place over the course of the show/s. Take ownership of any events or projects you are assigned to lead. Support logistics coordination (e.g. venue management, signage, supplier liaison). Create and maintain detailed event schedules, project plans, status sheets, and track progress to deadlines. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational standards. Work closely with the Senior Operations Event Producer/ Head of Operations to implement event plans. Support the team in contributing ideas to creative proposals, mood boards, and experiential activations. Support on-site with event delivery, installation, and de-rig.
- Compliance and Safety: Support the implementation of health and safety plans and risk assessments. Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Enhancing Event Experience: Contribute to improving the event experience for delegates and event leaders. Support team members in delivering last-minute requests and responding to unexpected challenges. Research into new creative trends and latest technology. A natural eye for quality, creativity, and unique experiences. Bringing a passion for delivering high-end, unique touches that elevate events.
- Performance & Team Contribution: Demonstrates a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving while contributing positively to team collaboration and morale. Consistently meets deadlines and achieves assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Communicates and collaborates with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Central Marketing, Creative, and all relevant internal stakeholders.
What you will need:
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in an operational or event support role.
- A degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Flexibility and the willingness to work outside of regular hours, as required.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
