This is a part-time role. We are looking for someone on a 20h/week arrangement (working half-days every workday). Help us help the world agree faster. Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. As a growing startup (~100 people by the end of 2024), scaling and maintaining our hardware and software has become increasingly complex. We are looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to ensure that our core infrastructure and systems are secure and scalable to meet our growing needs.
This means:
- Managing our growing fleet of laptops
- Staying on top of software & provisioning requests
- Owning and monitoring systems management
- Leading special projects as needed to evolve and automate our workplace infrastructure

You will report into Mark (our CTO) and also work closely with our People, Finance and Executive Operations teams.
