FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Business Manager supports the Business Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent execution for their account. They assist in managing and motivating the team and represent the Business Manager in their absence. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, experience in beauty, high-level make-up artistry, and preferably fragrance knowledge.

Main focus:

• Support the Business Manager in coaching and motivating the team to meet sales targets and uphold company standards on ASP, Sales Mix, and Split.
• Build customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell.
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador, uphold brand equity, and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain commercial awareness of Coty’s business performance, competitors, and market share.

The team includes a Gucci Business Manager, an Assistant Business Manager, and three Brand Ambassadors. You will collaborate with departments like Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account, Regional Education, and Area Management. The team comprises passionate, positive make-up artists and fragrance experts representing our luxury brand. We seek a passionate, ambitious leader who takes pride in representing Gucci.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced Assistant Business Manager in beauty retail, you are passionate about makeup and luxury brands, and you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Additionally, you:

• Have leadership experience supporting a beauty retail team
• Possess makeup artistry skills; fragrance experience is a plus
• Have a strong sales background with target management experience
• Can build strong relationships with the Business Manager, Store Managers, and Area Managers
