We are seeking two Damp and Disrepair Co-ordinators to join our newly established team dedicated to addressing damp, mould, and disrepair issues. This is an interesting and challenging role for someone with experience of working in a housing focused or similar role and would like to expand their knowledge of property maintenance. Using your knowledge of council policy and appropriate legislation, you will provide support to manage property condition legal disrepair and damp and mould cases. You will have good communication skills and be able to deal sensitively and objectively with people with a wide range of needs, both face-to-face and over the phone, as well as with contractors and legal representatives. The role requires you to be a competent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise casework. You will also need to be able to work independently as well as being a good team player in a multi-agency environment. Your input will be central to driving forward our commitment to delivering high-quality housing services that really make a difference to the lives of our tenants.
