Key Responsibilities: Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality and presentation. Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Act as Deputy for the Head Chef when required. Train and support the kitchen team. Manage stocktaking and inventory control.
