We are representing a client in the Third Sector who is looking for an Executive Assistant to C-Suite. This role will be up to 5 days on site Monday to Friday, some hybrid may also be available. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role supporting up to Senior Leadership or C-Suite. We are open to industry background but experience within the Third Sector could be advantageous. This role will require excellent IT skills and a passion to work in the Third Sector space.
Duties may include (but not limited to):
- Meticulous diary management
- Minute taking up to board level
- Event planning and coordination
- Compliance management
- Meeting agendas and presentations (including PowerPoint)
- Support the board as needed
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Keep information confidential
