Project/Site Supervisor

Location: Loughborough, 20 The Office Village, North Road, Loughborough LE11 1QJ Position: Project/Site Supervisor Application Deadline: 2025-02-25 Responsibilities: Assisting the Project Sales Director, liaising with customers, organizing and supervising new and ongoing construction jobs. Taking inbound calls from customers that require surveys on inquiries. Dealing with website inquiries regarding new construction works. Arranging meetings with potential new clients from inquiries, including lift consultants. Raising appropriate paperwork related to new and existing jobs. Liaising with customers to ensure that the work has been completed on time and to a satisfactory level. Supervising engineers on new and existing sites. Attending site meetings and carrying out site surveys. Raising purchase orders with third-party vendors. Updating the status of current projects. Sourcing equipment from suppliers. Other ad-hoc administrative duties as necessary. Carrying out toolbox talks and site safety audits. Measuring/drawing for bespoke steelwork, bracketry, guarding, etc. Maintaining a good working knowledge of current lift regulations, including HTM. Willing to have a DBS check carried out. Experience and Qualities Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and in writing. Passionate and professional with a “will do – can do” attitude at all times. Analytical with exceptional attention to detail. Aptitude for understanding and solving problems. Forward-thinking aptitude, must be able to work on their own initiative. Computer skills essential, working with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good general knowledge of main lift industry suppliers.
