Director/Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services – South West & Wales

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Location: Hybrid (Up to 4 Days Home-Based)

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will provide high-level technical support to a team of Senior Financial Planners. You will collaborate closely with both Planners and Financial Planning Administrators to ensure seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed suitability reports across various financial products and investment solutions.
2. Conduct in-depth technical research to support client recommendations.
3. Maintain accurate client records to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
4. Work alongside Financial Planners to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
5. Provide technical support to Planners and coordinate with Administrators to ensure a high standard of service.

What we’re looking for:

1. Experience within Wealth Management / Financial Planning.
2. Minimum qualification: Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4 CII or equivalent).
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex cases.
4. A proactive and client-focused approach.
