We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Team Leader to provide effective professional leadership within designated production cells. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, monitor, and lead the workforce to achieve production goals.
- Ensure quality of manufacture and adherence to production targets.
- Promote and implement Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (HSEE) best practices.
- Support Value Stream Managers in driving engagement and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of lean principles and efficient manufacturing processes.
