Ihre Hauptaufgaben liegen in der Erfassung und Verwaltung von Verträgen zu Kontokorrentkonten, Darlehen und Sicherheiten. Gemeinsam mit dem Team erstellen und überwachen Sie Kontokorrent-, Darlehens- und Sicherheiten-Verträge. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle und arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen und unseren Banken zusammen. Wir zählen auf Ihre Expertise bei der ständigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertragsmanagementsystems und bieten Ihnen in diesem Bereich großen Freiraum. Weiterhin unterstützen Sie bei der Durchführung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts inkl. Buchhaltungsthemen sowie bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanzwesen, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) und/ oder Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen
- Buchhalterisches Grundverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
