As an HR Partner at Tesla, you will be instrumental in driving engagement and building organizational scalability. Your role involves providing support on HR-related questions across the organization. No day is the same, and the ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where much is still being built. The primary responsibility is advising, guiding, and supporting local operations in Sales, Service, and Delivery functions. You will ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and compliant with legislative, audit, and global requirements. This role can be based in our London or Manchester office.
What You'll Do
- Implement key HR initiatives aligned with broader strategy and business needs.
- Coach and support local leadership to build leadership capability.
- Facilitate engagement surveys, work with management on action plans, and ensure follow-up and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive culture focused on workforce sustainability, health, and well-being.
- Advise on local labor laws and guide leaders on conflict resolution and grievances, in collaboration with Employee Relations and Employment Counsel.
- Organize and facilitate workshops on relevant topics such as leadership, team building, labor law, and new processes.
- Represent the HR team as an ambassador and support in enhancing our brand and reputation.
