The predicted salary is between 31000 - 41000 £ per year.

Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Salary: £37,000 pa

Location: Atlas Hotels, Holiday Inn Glasgow Theatreland

Role Overview:

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate staff, and deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Supervise and motivate Team Leaders & Team Members
  • Model Atlas Values and foster a learning culture
  • Communicate effectively with all staff levels
  • Support performance reviews and onboarding of new employees
  • Uphold employee relations policies and address issues appropriately
  • Organize meetings and events for staff

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure guests have a great experience and receive excellent service
  • Represent the Atlas brand positively
  • Support quality evaluations and standards adherence
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints using service recovery principles
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Financial and Business Management:

  • Understand hotel P&L and support budget targets
  • Drive Food & Beverage revenue and manage stock effectively

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with H&S, GDPR, financial controls, and company policies
  • Support audits and compliance reviews
  • Commit to personal development and career growth
