This role is a newly created opportunity to lead the roadmap of all end user services and play a pivotal role in integrating technology and workplace services to enhance the employee experience. It is a hybrid role with up to 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon.
As a Workplace Services Manager, you will ensure seamless technology integration and exceptional service delivery. This role supports the optimisation of workplace technology, including end-user devices and Microsoft productivity tools, to drive business success. You will take ownership of a wide spectrum of IT services, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional digital experience across the business.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day activities, managing critical vendor relationships, and guiding a talented team in delivering secure, compliant, and user-friendly M365 services. You will engage with senior stakeholders, spot opportunities for improvement, and implement impactful change to drive innovation.
About you:
- Strong background in running a workplace service that incorporates M365.
- Experience in workplace IT services management, including operational support and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in leading complex IT delivery projects for integrated solutions.
- Experience in hardware and device deployment, including day-to-day support and service assurance.
- Strong vendor and supplier management skills.
- Effective leadership skills for managing, coaching, and developing teams.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strategic planning and governance experience.
- Customer-centric approach to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent industry experience (Essential).
