The Fire Service College: Where excellence meets resilience at the ultimate training ground for firefighting professionals. As a key member of the Academic Services team, you will be accountable for all aspects of Planning, Scheduling, and Programming of training schedules.
What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling and planning training courses and any related events at the college
- Process learners timetables and re-arrange where necessary
- Manage staff & associate tutors timetables
- Managing course bookings
- Resolve any issues in the training room or regarding equipment
- Process timesheets
- General admin support

- Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
- Strong administrator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
