As Head of Growth , you will develop and execute an ABM strategy with sales, targeting high-value accounts through personalized, multi-channel engagement while managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance based on data insights, and aligning efforts to maximize ROI and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities
ABM Plan Development and Execution
- Define, plan, and execute an account-based marketing strategy targeting high-value accounts, aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Work with sales to identify target accounts, segment them based on value and engagement potential, and create tailored engagement strategies for each segment.
- Develop and implement a multi-channel approach (email, social, paid media, content) that personalizes outreach and engagement to the needs of key accounts.
Sales and Marketing Alignment
- Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on ABM goals, messaging, and account prioritization.
- Support sales with personalized content, battle cards, and ABM collateral, empowering them to nurture relationships and close deals within target accounts.
Digital Marketing Plan and Campaign Management
- Lead digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, SEO, social, email) to drive targeted traffic and engagement with key accounts.
Data Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Establish and track performance metrics across ABM and digital marketing campaigns, such as engagement rate, account penetration, pipeline growth, and ROI.
- Implement tracking and reporting processes to gain insights into account behavior and campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Use analytics to continuously optimize ABM efforts, adjusting targeting, messaging, and channel strategy based on account engagement and conversion data.
Content Personalization and Customer Experience Management
- Collaborate with product marketers to develop highly personalized content (e.g., case studies, videos, whitepapers) tailored to the challenges and goals of target accounts.
- Oversee the creation of account-specific landing pages, emails, and resource hubs, creating a consistent and engaging experience throughout the buyer journey.
Budget Management and ROI Optimization
- Manage the ABM and digital marketing budget, ensuring investments are directed to high-impact areas.
- Focus on optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on marketing investment (ROMI), reallocating resources as needed based on performance data.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of ABM tools, advertising channels, and agency partnerships, ensuring a high ROI across efforts.
Market Insights and Competitor Analysis
- Stay current with market trends, competitive moves, and evolving customer needs, using this knowledge to refine ABM strategies and digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular reviews of competitor strategies in ABM and digital marketing to identify gaps and opportunities.
Reporting and Communication
- Present campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to SLT and cross-functional teams on a regular basis.
- Communicate progress, wins, and learnings from ABM and digital marketing campaigns to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on growth objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Growth or Head of ABM, with a minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in sales or marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B environments and understanding of B2B Journey.
- Hands-on experience with ABM Strategy and Execution.
- Digital omnichannel strategy and management (Google Ads, SEO, Paid advertising, LinkedIn).
Desirable Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, Cognism & Google Analytics.
- Skilled in managing campaigns with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Revenue Operations Knowledge and Budget management.
- Project Management skills.
