Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand is a thriving practice with offices in Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale with an excellent base of clients, many of whom we have acted for over several generations. Working closely with STEP qualified Partners who are experts in their field, the successful candidate can expect to provide legal services to farmers, landowners, estates, business owners, trustees, charities and private individuals.
You will be dealing with a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deputyships
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Trusts
- The Charity Commission
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, communicate and develop good working relationships with a broad range of clients and other professionals. The Private Client department is well respected, so you will be working with a range of supportive private client professionals all with their own expertise. We encourage and foster individual development for all team members.
