Working closely with STEP qualified Partners who are experts in their field, the successful candidate can expect to provide legal services to farmers, landowners, estates, business owners, trustees, charities and private individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of private client matters, including: Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney Deputyships Applications to the Court of Protection Trusts The Charity Commission You will need to be able to work as part of a team, communicate and develop good working relationships with a broad range of clients and other professionals. The Private Client department is well respected, so you will be working with a range of supportive private client professionals all with their own expertise.
