Contract Length: 9 months – 37 hours per week.

Clearance: DBS Minimum Requirement: POCC Accreditation as FI and Cinfiscator (NO longer than 3 years lapsed).

Experience required:

  • Civil Recovery In Summary Proceedings (CRiSP) and taking these financial investigations through the associated Court hearings.
  • Conducting financial investigations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 including money laundering, restraint, confiscation, and part 5 cash, listed assets, and account freezing order investigations.
  • Drafting summaries/statements in criminal and civil proceedings and attending Court to give evidence.
  • Analysing complex financial data, including presentation in an evidential format for Court, and the completion and service of Financial Orders.
  • Applying the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in criminal investigations.
