We’re looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our marketing team here at Bluecrest Wellness! Under the guidance of our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing team. Externally, they are a forward-thinking, dynamic team that manages the workload without compromising on quality. Internally, they are a social, supportive and lively group that value strong communication and innovation.
As the custodian of all marketing content and copywriting, you will ensure consistency and quality across marketing materials and primarily support B2C content marketing initiatives but will also assist with B2B initiatives as needed. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Content strategy: Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with overall business goals and target audience needs.
- Content creation and copywriting: Produce high-quality and engaging content and copy including website content, articles, blogs, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, promotional materials and more, focusing on relevant health and wellbeing topics.
- Monthly newsletter drafting: Design and write the monthly B2C and B2B email newsletters to keep our subscribers informed and engaged.
- Video content management: Plan and script/assist with scripting high quality video content for various digital platforms, in line with the overall content strategy and marketing calendar. Work with external videographer to produce videos within campaign deadlines.
- SEO: When required, ensure content is optimised for search engines to help drive organic traffic.
- Social media management: Collaboration with the Growth Marketing Managers to develop and execute a social media strategy that successfully promotes Bluecrest’s services, engages with and grows our audiences, and increases brand awareness. Write and schedule posts & track and analyse performance metrics to inform overall strategy.
- Meta ads: Work with the digital marketing agency to review and optimise meta-ad copy and creatives.
- Influencer Programme Management: Assist the Digital Marketing Agency to manage and support Bluecrest’s Influencer marketing programme, ensuring timely onboarding of Influencers and ongoing management of all influencer partnerships to ensure they are actively engaged and creating ongoing content to support our partnership.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital content using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics & Google Search Console) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Utilise A/B testing and data-led decision making to inform content strategies and optimise campaigns.
- Audience Insight: Utilise audience insights to tailor content and campaigns for our target audience, driving engagement and building long-term relationships.
- Brand consistency: Maintain Bluecrest’s brand voice with guidance from the key messaging framework, and ensure consistency across all content, ensuring it aligns with Bluecrest’s mission and values.
- Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Stakeholder management: Work with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, marketing agencies and partner organisations.
- Project management: Manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
The Hours:
- Full time, Permanent
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday/9am to 5pm
- Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Worthing office (further office days as required based on needs of the role)
