What you'll do
- The main purpose of this role is to support the PMO in all capacities including guiding the successful delivery of programs and projects through the provision of strategic and operational support, including operational reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post project benefits tracking and reporting.
- Identify, address, and resolve differences among individuals and interest groups to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Prepare and maintain schedules for activities and events related to projects and programmes within portfolios, considering dependencies and resource requirements.
- Build and run PMO dashboards and data analysis and visualisation tools (Domo).
- Handle stakeholders effectively, taking into account their levels of influence and specific interests.
- Support monthly portfolio reviews at appropriate intervals, providing evaluations of progress, methodologies, and ongoing relevance.
- Develop, implement, and update resource allocation plans (excluding financial resources) for projects and programmes within portfolios, considering availability and scheduling.
- Develop, maintain, and apply quality management processes for project, programme, and portfolio activities and outputs.
- Consolidate and document key components of projects, programmes, and portfolios, including scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities, issues, and quality requirements.
- Handle the integration of project outputs and programme outcomes into business-as-usual processes, addressing user readiness, compatibility of work systems, and realisation of benefits.
- Prepare and maintain an overall schedule for resource utilisation that avoids bottlenecks and conflicting demands, ensuring efficient realisation of benefits.
- Gather independent evidence to validate that the information from projects, programmes, and portfolios is accurate and that they are likely to achieve their objectives.

- Strong dashboarding and data visualisation skills, with experience in building dashboards using Domo and Tableau.
- Familiarity with benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planning.
- Strong capability to establish lasting relationships with key sponsors.
