Senior Corporate Broker Solutions Specialist Salary – Circa £36,000

A bit about the job:
- As a Corporate Broker Solutions Specialist for our Gold and Platinum brokers, you’ll be part of the Corporate Sales Support Team.
- You’ll provide a high-touch, proactive support model that includes vetting quotes, handling complex broker needs, and training on our suite of digital and wellbeing propositions.
- This is a non-regulated, non-customer-facing role that sits at the heart of our distribution success — ensuring our top-tier brokers get the expertise and tools they need to grow with us.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing complex broker needs remotely and in-person
- Collaborating with account managers and supporting day-to-day activities
- Vetting quotes and conducting due diligence
- Escalating complex cases
- Delivering training on tools like Digi Care and Smart Health
- Generating performance reports and broker engagement insights
- Supporting tender documentation and compliance processes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of Group Risk products and corporate broker dynamics
- Experience managing high-value broker relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using Salesforce and troubleshooting digital platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment and compliance

- Salary – Circa £36,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
