LCP Delta are looking for a Client Support Administrator to deliver key administrative functions focused on our Subscription Research and Tech & Data teams. As Client Support Administrator you will play a key role in onboarding new clients, making sure they receive our services quickly; administer our financial systems, making sure clients are billed on time; maintain internal systems, such as revenue trackers and CRM, to help us manage and grow our services; and other administrative functions to support the smooth running of these teams and our services.
This role will sit across two teams. The administrative duties required in each of these teams is very similar.
- The Subscription Research team provides research to around 100 clients in a range of energy transition areas including electric vehicles (EVs), hydrogen, energy storage and power markets. Clients subscribe to our research on an annual basis and receive a range of insights, data and support over that period. We have international and UK based clients. The Subscription Research team is 45 people based across Edinburgh, London, Paris, Berlin and remote locations. This postholder would work closely with the Head of Subscription Research and Client Support Manager who are both based in Edinburgh.
- The Tech & Data team produce subscription-based SaaS software platforms for a range of clients, with a key focus on energy storage and power markets. We are a team of coders and consultants based between our London and Edinburgh office. The postholder would work closely with the Head of Tech and Data who is based in London.
What will you be doing?
- Invoicing and billing clients
- Contract administration
- Onboarding new clients onto LCP’s systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems
- Maintaining our Subscriber Book (record of all services for clients) by keeping records up-to-date and adding new entries
- Support revenue and KPI tracking
- Support team members with the process to renew client accounts
- Administering the online Research Portal by uploading reports
- Uploading contacts and updating accounts in CRM
- Other administrative duties as required
- Working closely with LCP’s Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to understand and align with their systems, as well as with LCP Delta’s Client Support Manager
- Working with LCP Delta’s Subscription Research and Tech & Data teams to provide support on administrative functions, especially around billing and contracts
- On occasions liaising directly with clients
What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of team members and external clients, including international clients

- Experience of Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel
- Ability to take initiative and identify improvements for administrative processes

- Experience of invoicing and billing
- Experience of using PowerBI dashboards is preferable but not essential
