Factory Coordinator

Job Opportunity: Factory Coordinator – HVAC (Railway & Compressors) Location: SW19 Department: HVAC – Railway & Compressors Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: 07:30 – 15:30 (1-hour lunch break) We are seeking a proactive and organised Factory Coordinator to join our HVAC – Railway & Compressors team based in SW19. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of factory operations, particularly around HVAC units and compressor systems for the railway sector. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate repairs of HVAC units based on customer demands Order parts and consumables for factory operations Raise and manage delivery paperwork for outgoing parts, railway HVACs, and compressors Prepare and issue quotations to customers Manage stock levels, including monthly stock reconciliation (stock take performed by storeman) Oversee rail production planning and maintain accurate customer order books Requirements: Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred Effective communication and time management abilities Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or stock systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Early finish work schedule Opportunity to work in a specialised, high-demand industry Supportive and professional team environment To apply, please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
