We’re growing fast and need a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive success from pre-construction to final account. Your Role: Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts Lead procurement and negotiation with subcontractors Monitor costs, budgets, risks, and cash flow Interpret and administer JCT and NEC contracts Collaborate with project teams and support commercial decision-making Provide commercial input to tenders and pre-construction planning What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract Background in healthcare (NHS), education, or commercial projects Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar Strong communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail Why Join Marcon?
