We are seeking an Accountant to join our team and play a key role in overseeing financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to real-time decision-making across our manufacturing sites.
Location: Hybrid with travel to manufacturing sites as required

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Report on financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Provide clear insights on variances and collaborate with Operations Teams to drive informed decisions.
- Costing & Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of full SKU costings, CAPEX plans, and inventory reports. Work with Supply Chain Managers to provide accurate stock forecasts.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner, providing financial insights to support growth, expansion strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with MIS and Operations Teams to optimize ERP systems, increase automation, and improve reporting processes.
- Leadership Support: Contribute to senior management reviews by providing accurate analysis and actionable insights. Champion a cost-conscious culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Chemistry.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a comparable manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with ERP systems such as OneStream, SAP, or Syspro.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
