Are you a Lettings Negotiator with experience looking for a change? If you are wanting out of your current role, we have partnered with a fantastic market-leading Independent Agency in SW London who are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their ranks in their Clapham office.

If you are the sort of person who is keen to get stuck in and join a very consistent and high-performing office then this could be a perfect fit for you to transfer in seamlessly.

Job Details

  • Location: Clapham
  • Up to £25k Basic
  • £60k+ OTE
  • 10%-20% commission
  • Car or Car allowance
  • Trip Incentives

Not only will you have the incentive to work on commission in an office where billing £300k+ is the norm, but you will also have higher brackets of commission to aim for with 20% a realistic possibility when fair targets are hit.
