In this position, you will play a key role in the success of our complex payment solution by defining product features, shaping business logic, and managing detailed requirements. Experience
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;
- Proven experience working on complex systems with high levels of dependencies and limited documentation;
- Experience in Payments/Fintech;
- Experience defining and driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution across cross-functional teams.
Skills And Expertise
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach;
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping;
- Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC);
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with varied stakeholders and gain their trust;
- Ability to influence without authority using logical reasoning, data, and facts;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications for the development team;
- Design and manage functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria;
- Map and analyse complex data structures and APIs to ensure seamless system integrations;
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Vision and Scope, BRDs, SRS, user manuals, and maintenance guides;
- Define and visualise workflows using BPMN or UML to support process improvements;
- Assist in backlog management by structuring product backlog items, identifying dependencies, and ensuring clarity for the development team;
- Conduct ongoing analysis of product features to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation strategies;
- Actively support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by ensuring deliverables align with business goals;
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams to enhance system understanding and adoption of best practices.
