You must have strong laser knowledge, proven expertise in microneedling, and the ability to perform advanced medical facials. What You'll Be Doing
- Performing a variety of advanced treatments including laser therapies, microneedling, and medical facials
- Providing outstanding client care with a focus on personal attention and reassurance, especially for high-profile VIP clients
- Supporting doctors in minor surgical aesthetic procedures when needed
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and clinical safety
- Staying up to date with the latest industry developments and products
- Assisting with consultations, treatment planning, and aftercare
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a therapist in medical aesthetics or a high-end spa environment
- Strong laser treatment qualifications and experience
- Expertise in microneedling/skin needling (training can be provided if necessary)
- Skilled in delivering medical facials with a professional and caring touch
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with VIP clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
- Professional aesthetics qualifications
- Experience with reputable brands or clinics is highly desirable
