Job Opportunity: Associate Director – Property & Facilities Management My client, a leading Property Company and Managing Agent, is seeking an Associate Director with experience managing a portfolio and overseeing the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services across a diverse range of assets. Responsibilities include: Managing a team of FM professionals at various levels and across different asset types located in Central London. Liaising daily with service partners to ensure service quality. Engaging closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored services, focusing on initiatives and accreditations such as recycling, NET Zero, WELL, and SMART buildings. Collaborating with clients to meet objectives and implement change effectively. Managing on-site project works from inception to completion, including appointing relevant contractors. Maintaining and managing service charge budgets, supported by IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
