Florida Casualty Senior Claim Specialist β The Auto Club Group
What you will do:
- Review assigned claims
- Contact the insured and other affected parties
- Set expectations for the claim process and document activities thoroughly
- Complete complex coverage analysis and ensure all policyholder benefits are identified
- Investigate the facts regarding claims
- Determine claim payment and recovery potential
- Review damages and apply relevant laws
- Refer claims to other units as needed
- Handle both attorney-represented and unrepresented injury claims
- Assist Claim Manager with file reviews and training
