The student will perform data collection and data analysis to investigate the performance of large scale RFID deployments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating reports for data presentation and customer communication.
  • Evaluating the performance of RFID systems in retail stores and standard lab test environments.
  • Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting RF test equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrolled graduate student at Auburn University.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend hours.
  • Reliable transportation outside of regular business hours.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Technically capable with ability to quickly become familiar with hardware, software, processes and new technologies is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of RF systems and computer networks is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RFID Experience.

Pay Rate: $15.00-$21.00/hour

Work Hours: 20
