Are you ready to take a brand to new heights? As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our brands remain recognizable, relevant, and engaging for our consumers worldwide. This isn’t just about maintaining a brand—it’s about evolving it, unlocking new growth potential, and shaping consumer perceptions in fresh, exciting ways. You’ll be at the heart of our Global Consumer Office, leading the charge across multiple markets and ensuring strategic alignment at every level. Your role spans across product innovation, packaging design, and creative solutions—all with the goal of delivering compelling brand experiences that connect deeply with our audience.
What you’ll do, day to day:
- Define and drive global brand strategy …setting clear positioning and ensuring brand growth and relevance in key markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams … guiding both internal experts and external agencies to bring ambitious brand initiatives to life.
- Deliver projects, end-to-end … overseeing everything from idea to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed scope.
- Turn data into strategy … leveraging insights from multiple sources to craft bold brand plans with measurable impact.
- Innovate through our I2L (Ideation to Launch) process … pushing creative boundaries and ensuring excellence at every stage.
This is your chance to make a real impact—leading initiatives that will define the future of our brands. Please note: This role is based at our Bristol Headquarters where you will be required to be on site 2 days per week. Ad-hoc global travel will also be required.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Prioritise consumer and business needs.
- Own project timelines and success metrics.
- Be the brand champion.
- Lead budget and key documentation oversight.
- Engage and influence stakeholders.
- Monitor, refine and innovate.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Brand expertise – Proven experience in marketing (agency or client-side).
- FMCG experience – Ideally in a restricted category.
- Consumer & market insight – Ability to drive commercial performance with big-picture vision with innovative problem-solving.
- Stakeholder influence – Data-driven decision-making and persuasive communication; alongside strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate across global teams.
- Analytical & numerical mindset – Sharp data skills to guide strategy.
- Project & budget management – Organized, efficient, results-driven.
