Location: Selfridges, London Responsibilities: – Take on any tasks that management deem relevant to your role – Build a loyal customer base – Actively participate in regular trainings – Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience – Stay up to date on skincare and beauty trends – Conduct mini treatments – Offer expert bespoke advice on skincare products – Welcome and assist customers in a polite manner – Work towards sales targets – Ensure products are presented well – Handle payments Requirements: – Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude –Knowledge of skincare and relating health issues –Hands-on experience with beauty trends and application methods –Experience is a sales position –Should enjoy teaching clients about methods to improve their skins appearance – Fully flexible Mon- Sun – NVQ Level 2 Beauty therapy – NVQ Level 3 Beauty therapy (desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
