About our client

Our client is a leading garden centre group within the industry. They\’re passionate about helping customers cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens. As a seasonal plant supervisor, you\’ll play a crucial role in making customers\’ gardening dreams come true during. We\’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team and lead the seasonal plant department.

About the role

As the Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the seasonal plant section of the garden centre, ensuring that it\’s well-stocked and beautifully presented. This role requires a knowledgeable and customer-focused leader who can inspire and manage a team.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a garden centre and will have knowledge of seasonal plants, gardening and plant care. Having a passion for horticulture is an absolute must. You will have strong leadership skills and will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you.
