Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Lecturer to teach a range of Engineering subjects at Level 1, 2 & 3. You will join our vibrant faculty and help shape our students' future careers.

As a Lecturer in STEM Engineering, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and training to our motivated students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ignite their passion for the engineering trade, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this dynamic industry.

Our Lecturer in STEM Engineering will have extensive working knowledge in Engineering or a related subject. A minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related subject is also essential. Lecturing experience is not essential as we will invest in the successful candidate providing full training, coaching and development.

You will be joining the College’s STEM department at an exciting time. Our new multi-million pound STEM facility is currently being built, scheduled to open later in 2025. The new building will be home to a suite of modern teaching and interactive spaces including automotive and engineering workshops which will house facilities enabling students to train with composites, robotics, materials, renewable energies, additive manufacturing, CAD, CNC, electric and hybrid vehicle technology, as well as petrol and diesel vehicles. There will also be dedicated suites for computing and an array of modern science laboratories.

You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Engineering and have relevant industrial experience in the subject. Experience of working or training in a range of environments is essential.
