This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office, on site, or visiting suppliers for at least two days a week. As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be. Joining us as a Supplier Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring suppliers meet our standards and timelines as we expand our full fibre network. With a focus on performance and risk management, you’ll drive continuous improvement and protect our business as we work with key partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our strategic supplier relationships.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key strategic suppliers
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues promptly
  • Identify supplier risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Negotiate cost reductions and identify opportunities for better value
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet operational needs
  • Analyse performance data and provide regular reports to identify trends and improvements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • You’ll have proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field, with strong performance and relationship management skills.
  • You’ll also have:
  • Expertise in risk management and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) is desirable
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering results
