As a FOS Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the chemical engineering team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Chemical Engineer Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement. You will report directly to our Director Chemical Engineer and you'll work out of our Bracknell location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have an impact by driving technical excellence, leadership, process optimization, collaboration, and safety. YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in chemical engineering
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in product development and improvement
  • Knowledge of process simulation software
