To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for a Senior Partner Alliances Manager. As an individual contributor, the Senior Partner Alliances Manager will develop a revenue and services-focused partner ecosystem, working with our sales teams and partners to identify new sales and cross-sell opportunities. The Senior Partner Alliances Manager will add value by moving us forward in building a world-class channel organization that is a major force in OutSystems achieving its stated goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on our channel strategy while holding our partners and ourselves accountable to delivering mutual growth and customer success.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners who can drive new license revenue and service delivery.
  • Help develop and execute our channel sales onboarding program and channel operations.
  • Coordinate and support partner marketing campaigns and lead generation activities with partners and our sales and field marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing regional sales and delivery partners including VARs, Regional SIs, ISVs, and App Dev partners.
  • Relevant, demonstrable experience in building a channel for a SaaS software provider.
  • Can demonstrate a successful process for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners.
  • Can show examples of partner business planning and tracking partner success and KPIs.
  • Proven track record of achieving an annual channel quota of over $1M.
  • Experience supporting a remote, diverse, direct sales organization.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
  • Self-confident, possesses a strong work ethic and has a growth mindset.
