Employment Lawyer – mid Kent – Part time (3 or 4 days per week)Modern Legal 500 law firm based in mid Kent, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to work closely with the legal team but also the HR team at the firm.The role will involve handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, along with working closely with HR on contentious HR matters too. You must be able to work unsupervised and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 4 years PQE in employment law. You must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and any commercial experience would be an advantage but not essential.This is a part time position and my client are happy to look at someone wanting to work 3 or 4 days per week, or they are also happy to consider someone looking to work 5 days per week but shorter days – there is plenty of flexibility.On offer is a very competitive salary, bonus and commission package.For more information please contact Julie Fernandes
