Toyota Service Advisor

Job Introduction We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role is initially available on a maternity cover contract for 12 months, with potential for a permanent position within Listers. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, including Saturdays on a rota basis. We offer an excellent basic salary plus benefits, with a bonus OTE of £33,000. You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, demanding environment. As part of a team, you will manage the department workflow, exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services. Role and Responsibilities Booking customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to schedule workload. Greeting customers on arrival and providing a seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover. Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorizing additional work, and making follow-up calls. Collaborating with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness. About you You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and can quickly build rapport with customers. You are well-presented, motivated, and eager to succeed. Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on meeting targets related to customer satisfaction and sales, is desirable. Good organizational and administrative skills are essential; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not required. Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
