About The Role:
Please note: This role is for Days, 33 hours per week, working on a seven-day rota. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering care that promotes our residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you'll uphold high standards of care and be a positive influence on your team. Your tasks may involve assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, or communicating with families, always with kindness. Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you'll provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key aspects of your role.
