Job Introduction: Are you genuinely passionate about providing a 5* Customer experience, helping our Sales team oversee the newbuild sales process from beginning to end and achieve success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join and lead up, our sales team. What we want is great personalities with strong motivational and people management skills, and a knowledge of the home buying process. The role is a varied role with responsibilities such as leading a team which is committed and highly effective, maximising revenue opportunities whilst working collaboratively within the regional sales remit and management teams and functions to deliver the required operational performance and customer experience to meet the Region\’s business plan and future growth requirements. Main Responsibilities: As a member of the senior leadership team it is crucial, to take a \’whole company\’ perspective to the performance of Building Homes.
