Maggie’s Rock’N’Rodeo – Glass Collector – Variable Hours

Anyone successful in this role will be predominantly required to work Fridays & Saturdays, so availability on these days is essential.

About The Role

At itison venues, our mission is to deliver great experiences to our customers. We are seeking passionate individuals to join us!

You will work closely with the team to provide excellent service at the bar and on the floor. As a Glass Collector, you will be key in ensuring efficient front-of-house operations, managing the flow of glasses and stock replenishment.

You will be supported by an experienced management team and a passionate team of staff, including front-of-house and bar personnel.

About The Venue

Maggie’s Rock ‘n’ Rodeo is Scotland’s first country-themed bar, open until 3am nightly, offering brisket, burgers, buffalo wings, live bands, sports, and entertainment including a mechanical Buckin’ Bronco. We host a variety of live events, with a lively atmosphere for those who love a good party, cowboy hats optional!

About You

If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy variety, this role is perfect for you! A passion for food & drink and excellent customer service are essential. Experience in a busy venue is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit are key qualities we value.
