- Develop and manage the organisation’s network and communication infrastructure.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of network systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to assess and fulfil their technology needs.

Profile
A successful Senior Unified Communications Manager (Data Networking) should have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or CCNA, CWNA, CWSP, CWDP, or CWAP.
- Experience in data network engineering, including design, installation, configuration, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent knowledge of data privacy and network security protocols.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of public sector requirements and regulations.
