Salary: £40,600 – £43,700 (depending on experience) + 6% performance bonus

Job summary: As a Building Inspector, you will be a key member of our inspection service team, collaborating with registered builders to ensure homes meet NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, and thrive under your guidance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Based from home and out in the field daily, you’ll work with registered builders to ensure new homes meet standards and legislation.
  • You will build strong relationships with site managers, helping to identify and prevent construction defects, contributing to our insurance risk management and creating quality homes for buyers.
  • You will receive full training and ongoing support.
  • You’ll manage your own schedule, with a focus on work/life balance, avoiding weekend work.
