Registry £24,242 – £26,287 per annum Fixed term for 12 months 37 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join the Registry and Academic Development Team, to work as part of the Course Administration Team, providing a comprehensive and responsive administrative and reception service in support of the student lifecycle and enhancement activities. This is a busy and varied role requiring meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all duties are completed effectively and to the highest of standards. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a high-quality service to all customers. You will enjoy working across a wide range of activities, for example, handling student enquiries and supporting student focused events such as graduation ceremonies and examinations. With a minimum standard of education demonstrated by GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, you will have experience of administrative work in a busy office environment, including maintaining accurate records and servicing meetings, and will be able to satisfy all criteria detailed in the person specification.
