About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Fawkes and Reece are assisting a well established, privately owned main contractor with over 65 years of industry experience, delivering high-quality fit out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects across London. With a turnover of £150 m - £160m and a reputation for excellence, the clients they have worked for include names like Landsec, Nestle, Debenhams and Merlin Entertainment. The contractor spans multiple projects with projects typically ranging from £5m - £35m in value.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Commercial management fit-out and refurbishment projects across London
- Cost planning, Procurement, contract administration, and value engineering
- Managing subcontractors and supplier relationships
- Supporting junior team members and collaborating closely with project leads working within a knowledgeable, close knit team where you'll be supported to thrive
